In this 45 minute introductory class, you will learn basic binding techniques as well as potential benefits for biding during pregnancy, postpartum, and even well beyond the immediate postpartum period.
You will also learn about an optional belly paste to wear under your bind that aids in firming, toning and healing, postpartum.
